Surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees, our villa is a peaceful oasis among a cluster of newly built residences, tucked away at the end of a secluded street. A gentle river winds alongside the villa, adding to the idyllic atmosphere of the surroundings.

Spread across 400 square meters, our villa radiates elegance and comfort. It consists of two separate buildings, with a stunning 10-by-5-meter swimming pool at the heart of the property, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The first building features two impeccably appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private shower, safe, and TV. In the master bedroom, guests can enjoy a charming open-air bathtub, surrounded by lush greenery and enchanting nighttime lighting, offering a truly immersive relaxation experience. Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers panoramic garden views, creating a serene backdrop for your stay.

Across the pool, the second building houses a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Whether you are preparing a culinary masterpiece or simply enjoying a leisurely meal, our kitchen is fitted with all the essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and much more.

In the living room, a large table serves as a versatile workspace, while a cozy sofa invites guests to relax and connect. Immerse yourself in your favorite music with our modern sound system, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding environment.

Security depositUpon check-in, we ask our guests to provide a cash deposit of at least 2,000,000 IDR or the equivalent in another currency.The deposit is used to cover costs in the event of property damage.If your stay is incident-free and no property damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded in full upon checkout.We ask that you fill out the deposit form in advance to speed up the check-in process.The form is available at this link.In the event of property damage, we will calculate the cost of the damage based on market prices and add a service fee of 10 percent of the total cost of the damage.

CleaningWe believe that a clean villa is essential for a comfortable stay.We ask our guests to treat the villa’s property with care and would appreciate it if you could leave the villa in the same condition as you found it.We have arranged for daily cleaning of the villa, during which our staff tidies up the entire property.Gardeners come twice a week to tend the garden.The pool is cleared of leaves daily and vacuumed every other day.The water is tested daily for chlorine and pH levels.We change towels every three days and linens once a week.For your convenience, the staff always coordinates cleaning times with guests in advance.You can opt out of cleaning; to do so, please notify the staff via chat.Pool cleaning is essential for its proper functioning, so we must clean it at least every other day..

Air conditioning in the rooms and fans in the living roomThe living rooms are equipped with air conditioners featuring standard settings and controls. If you need help adjusting the air conditioner, please ask a staff member.
Tip:Please do not overuse the air conditioner, as there is a high risk of getting sick when the temperature drops. We recommend that you do not use the air conditioner if you feel comfortable without it.
There are two fans in the living room, which are controlled by a switch on the living room wall. If you have any questions about how to use the fans, please ask the staff. If you are leaving the villa, please turn off the air conditioners and fans in the living room. 
Swimming poolThe 10-by-5-meter pool is under constant supervision by lifeguards. It is cleaned daily, and the pH level and chlorine content are checked.The pool lighting is controlled from a wall switch in the living room, where all the switches are located.The pool’s water circulation system operates automatically.Please do not use glass near the pool or while swimming. If glass breaks in the pool, it will cause the pool to drain and require extensive cleanup, which is both time-consuming and costly. 
RestroomThere is a bathroom in every room, and there is an additional guest bathroom by the pool.Please do not flush anything down the toilet. This can cause damage to the plumbing system.Please dispose of trash in the trash can located next to each bathroom.  Transfer and transportation services, island toursIf you’d like to explore the island with a guide, please contact the staff, and they’ll suggest the latest available tours.If you need transportation around the island, simply contact the staff, and they’ll be happy to assist you. 
Human Resources ServicesThe staff keeps the villa tidy and assists guests with any issues that may arise during their stay. 
Other amenities and features – flowers in the bathroom, a pool surrounded by flowersWe do everything we can to ensure our guests feel comfortable during their stay at the villa.If you’re planning a wedding, honeymoon, or birthday celebration, we’d be happy to decorate your room or bathroom with flowers for an additional fee.
