Near the villa you have the opportunity to park a car or scooter in the parking lot.

The villa is located among the newly built villas, in a dead-end street as the last one on the street.
A river flows in the canyon to the side of the villa.
The villa is located in greenery and among tall trees.
The villa is cozy, spacious, occupies a territory of 400 m2. It is bright and quite private.
The area of newly built villas has security guards who constantly monitor the area.

The villa has surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the building that do not violate the privacy of guests.
The villa has a private garden that is constantly upd ated and supplemented.

The villa has two independent buildings, which are separated by a large pool measuring 10 meters by 5 meters.

One building houses two independent air-conditioned rooms with private showers, a safe and a TV.
Master room 1 additionally has an open-air bath surrounded by greenery and beautiful night lighting.
The second room has a panoramic window overlooking the garden, which we are constantly expanding.

The second building has a living room and a full kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, hot and cold water cooler, kettle, blender, toaster, double boiler and all other necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.

In the living room, if necessary, a large table can be used as a workplace.
There is a sofa in the living room for guests to spend time together.
The living room has a sound system.

The pool area has a yoga and meditation area, a sunbathing area, and a covered seating area.

Check In
Upon check-in, you will be greeted by the staff and introduced to the villa.
According to the current laws, we have to provide all the necessary information about our guests to the state department. This includes dates of stay, copies of passports and passport details.

If you have filled in all the data in advance, we sincerely thank you for this, if you have not filled in the form in advance, we will do it together during check-in.

Security deposit
Upon check-in, we ask our guests to pay a cash deposit of a minimum of IDR 2,000,000 or in another currency.
The deposit is used to cover expenses in case of property damage.
If your stay is incident-free and the property is undamaged, the deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out.
We ask you to fill out the deposit form in advance to speed up your check-in time.

In the event of damage to the property, we will calculate the cost of the damage according to the market price and add a Service Fee of 10 percent of the total cost of the damage.

Check Out
Check-out time is se t no later than 11am.
We need to have time to prepare the villa for the arrival of the next guests.
You can check out earlier if you wish. Please inform the staff in advance of your planned check-out time.
At the time of check-out, the staff will check the condition of the villa and return your deposit.

Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the room rate by default.
At your request, we will be happy to prepare you breakfast according to the selected menu.
Since we prepare breakfasts to your order, for your convenience we have made a form wh ere you can choose and order breakfast at a time convenient for you.

We set the breakfast time fr om 8 am to 11 am.
On the day of check-out, we can serve breakfast until 10 am at the latest.

How it works
You order breakfast fr om the options we offer at a time convenient for you. Our staff arrives at the villa about an hour before the breakfast time, prepares and sets the table.
If you want to have breakfast in the pool, our staff will serve you breakfast in the pool on a special pool breakfast tray for a small surcharge.

If you have any problems with the online breakfast order form, write your wishes in the chat to the assistants.
The main thing is to do it in advance, no later than 8PM, so that we have enough time to prepare for breakfast according to your wishes.

Cleaning
We believe that the cleanliness of the villa is the basis for a comfortable stay.
We kindly ask our guests to treat the villa property with care and will be grateful for keeping the villa in the condition in which you received it.
We have organized daily cleaning of the villa, wh ere our assistants put everything in order throughout the villa.
Gardeners come twice a week and clean the garden.
The pool is cleaned of leaves every day and vacuumed every other day.
The water is tested for chlorine and PH daily.

We change towels every three days and bed linen once a week.

For your convenience, the staff always agrees on the cleaning time with the guests in advance.
You can refuse cleaning, for this you need to inform the staff in the chat.
Cleaning the pool is a necessary standard for its functioning, so we have to clean it at least every other day.

Laundry service
For your comfort, we will organize laundry for you.
The price depends on the speed of execution and the partner who organizes the laundry.
Our assistants are always happy to provide you with the current price list.

Rent a scooter or car
For comfortable transportation on the island of Bali, we offer a scooter for rent to our guests at a special price.

What you need to rent a scooter
- have a license of the appropriate category
- fill out an online form and agree to the rules of scooter rental
Then just enjoy the pleasant moments of scooter riding

Tips for using a scooter
- drive on the left side, because Bali has left-hand traffic
- you need to wear helmets
- turn on the turn signals when turning
- do not make sudden movements during the trip
- use wireless headphones and turn on the navigation in your phone, it is easier and safer
- check local laws regarding driver's license, etc.

TV in the rooms
The rooms are equipped with TVs connected to the Internet and have several popular TV apps installed.
You can use Netflix, which is free for our guests.

Air conditioning in the rooms and fans in the living room
Air conditioners are installed in the lounges and have standard settings and controls. If you need assistance in setting up the air conditioner, please contact the staff.
Tip.
Do not overuse the air conditioner, as there is a high risk of getting sick when the temperature drops. We recommend not using air conditioners if you feel comfortable without them.
There are two fans in the living room that are controlled by a switch on the living room wall. If you have any questions about how to operate the fans, please contact the staff. If you leave the villa, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioners and fans in the living room.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool measures 10 meters by 5 meters and is under the constant supervision of pool supervisors. Every day it is cleaned and measured for PH and chlorine content.
The pool lights are switched on in the living room on the wall wh ere all the switches are located.
Water circulation in the pool works automatically.
Please do not use glass near the pool and while swimming. In case of glass breakage in the pool, it leads to the draining of the pool water and to a large pool cleaning which is costly both in terms of time and money.

Toilet
There is a toilet in each room and another one for guests near the pool.
Please do not throw anything down the toilet. This causes the system to break down.
Please dispose of it in the wastebasket located next to each toilet.

Transfer and transportation services, excursions around the island
f you have a desire to get to know the island, to see it with a guide, contact the staff and they will offer you the most current available excursions.
If you need a transfer around the island, you just need to contact the staff and they will be happy to help you with this.

Services of the staff
The staff keeps the villa in order and helps guests with any issues during their stay.

Other services and features - flowers in the bathroom, pool in flowers
We do our best to make our guests feel comfortable during their stay at the villa.
If you are planning a wedding, honeymoon, birthday party, we are happy to offer you to decorate your room or bathroom with flowers for an additional fee. Or we can offer to decorate the pool with flowers. It all looks beautiful and can be a great gift.

Audio system
We have a modern Sonos audio system in the living room that you can use during your vacation.

The system, in our opinion, is not quite convenient to connect, but it is compensated by good sound.

You need to connect to the WIFI network of Villa Sunny Side 5G
Next, open one of the Spotify or Apple Music programs, turn on the music you want to listen to and in the sound output settings you will see Sonos speakers, select this sound output channel and enjoy the sound.
